Notification of existing networks and response to implementation intent
Information on the existence of networks and statements of response to implementation intent within the defined licensing scope of MND a.s. or in areas in in which MND has established technical facilities will be provided to the public free of charge by MND a.s.
Requests for comment may be made by e-mail to: vyjadreni@mnd.cz
or by post or courier to the organization's headquarters: MND a.s., Úprkova 807/6, 695 01 Hodonín
Each request must be accompanied by:
Applications will be input into the MND a.s system for processing.
Requests for statements on the existence of utilities or on submitted documentation are processed within the statutory deadline of 30 days from the date of receipt.
Statements of response to requests are sent by post. In cases in which an e-mail address has been provided by the applicant, or if the original application was sent by e-mail, the statement of response will also be sent by e-mail.
Due to the large number of applications received, please be advised that telephone communication is not possible.
